As a Sales (B2B) at Bizplus.id, you will be at the forefront of building relationships and driving business growth. You will identify prospects, present solutions, and close deals that help companies improve their management systems through our consulting and training services.

This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for creating value in the B2B service sector.

Requirements

  1. D3/S1 in any major (Business/Marketing preferred).
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B service sales.
  3. Experience in selling training services, certification bodies, or consulting companies is a plus.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Able to work independently, in a team, and across teams with excellent communication.

Job Description

  1. Identify and approach new B2B prospects while maintaining strong client relationships.
  2. Present Bizplus.id services effectively and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admin, etc.) to optimize conversion.
  5. Build, manage, and follow up on client databases and leads.
