Responsibilities
- Ensure operational compliance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the fulfillment of Domestic Component Level (TKDN) regulations.
- Manage and align the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) within the production workflow.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify waste and increase production floor productivity.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that integrate work efficiency with regulatory compliance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve work system efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of TKDN calculations, SNI regulations, and SJPH.
- Proficient in product quality concepts and ISO 9001.
- Energetic, communicative, and possess strong leadership skills.
